What Relieves The Sore Throat With Headaches?

I have had a soar throat for a few days. I have woken up with headaches the past two days. Finally, the past two evening I have had a strange sensation in my spine. It feels like it is bruised-kind of a soar. It is uncomfortable but not +painful. I have not experienced such a weird back pain before. I wonder if you know what it might be associated with these other two symptoms does it mean anything?
