What Relieves The Puffiness In Eyes, Runny Nose And Sore Throat?

I took my son to the doctors today and they said he has conjunctivitis. Puffy eyes, runny nose, sore throat, cough. He is extremely fussy. He wouldn't take his oral medication tonight for the eyes. He threw up 15 minutes after forcing him to take it. He will not drink anything.
