Since you are already taking Pan-D, Razo-D and Ranitidine, it is difficult to say why should you be getting the acidity as all these medicines are used to reduce acidity. It seem that you have GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux disease and hence I would advise you the following: Antacids every three hours. Domperidone 8 hourly. Control of stress and anxiety as these cause more problems. Stop Satrogyl O as this can cause more acidity. Soft bland diet. No smoking or drinking if you so. Early to bed no late nights. All these will help to give you results. IF the medical management fails to relieve you off the symptoms, it may be needed to go for an upper GI Endoscopy and ultrasonography to get additional information and management under the guidance of a Gastroenterology.
