What Relieves The Abdominal Pain Due To Acidity?

Age: 34 years
Height: 6' 11''
Weight: 90 Kg

I have hyperacidity problem from last 12 days. abdomanal pain.
I have taken
first 2 days: Pan-d (1 daily)
then for 7 days: Razo-d (1 daily)
Then for 3 days:
cap Pan-d 1 od
syp aciloc-s 2 tsf tds
tab satrogyl-o 1 bd

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since you are already taking Pan-D, Razo-D and Ranitidine, it is difficult to say why should you be getting the acidity as all these medicines are used to reduce acidity.
It seem that you have GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux disease and hence I would advise you the following:
Antacids every three hours.
Domperidone 8 hourly.
Control of stress and anxiety as these cause more problems.
Stop Satrogyl O as this can cause more acidity.
Soft bland diet.
No smoking or drinking if you so.
Early to bed no late nights.
All these will help to give you results.
IF the medical management fails to relieve you off the symptoms, it may be needed to go for an upper GI Endoscopy and ultrasonography to get additional information and management under the guidance of a Gastroenterology.
