In usg found - hetereougeneous parenchyma with increased vascularity within vol.367gm & opinion are-huge prostatomegaly(?carcinoma prostat). Bilateral hydronephroureter, large cortical cyst in right kidney ,,,ment whats ,give me treatment sugges please. pt. Age 65 year

As there is a query for prostate cancer in ultrasound itself I will suggest CT scan abdomen and PSA lab test .
CT scan will also give the impression about kidney lesion .
Further, treatment can be given after the report of these tests and final diagnosis .
