Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Forecox contain four drugs, the most important drugs that can elevate uric acid is Pyrazinamide. If uric acid was high, I would personally have stopped Pyrazinamide, as after two months we generally stop it. Regarding precaution, I would advise you should take fluid generously, avoid dehydration, avoid prolong fasting, avoid alcohol abuse, and avoid food rich in urate. Zyloric can be started, most of time it does not cause any problem, but start from low dose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman
