What Precautions Should Be Taken While Having Enlarged Liver?

hello doc. My co sister was recently diagnosed with an enlarged liver. While I understand, on doing a google search that the condition by itself isnt a disease, but a symptom, could you tell me why has she been prescribed "happi it 30"? Also, what kind of precautions should she take wrt her liver.

thanks for posting query .

advise:
1. restrict fat intake
2. loose weight
3. monitor fasting blood sugar ( if non diabetic)
4. if diabetic, control blood sugar
5. monitor liver enzymes and have ultrasound ( abdomen) every 3 to 6 months
6. vitE intake after discussing with treating physician
7. no alcohol and no junk food
