What Precautions Should Be Taken When Having Lung TB?

Hi sir i am 26 year old and i have lung tv find monotox test and dr.start medicine akt4 .and also advice me for taking good diet. Then i request to u pls advice me which soup is best and any home remedy during treatment at my end.for killed the bacteria as soon. And also advice me how may time i will not intimate with my wife during treatment. And also advice if i will take neen leavs boiling water during treatment or not.and also advice me which best for recovery my disess as soon as possible

If there is chest radiographic evidence of TB then the chances of contact exposure getting TB is more. Its better to avoid sex till the intensive phase of treatment is over and you're not transmitting through cough or air droplets. You should get your wife also evaluated for contact exposure so that Isoniazid can be started for her. Eat healthy, eat fruits and vegetables plenty as they contain anti oxidants which will help boost the immunity. Patient adherence is very important in TB management as it is affected by various factors and if the compliance is not there then the chances of relapse, complications and even death. It is imperative that you complete the entire course of treatment which will cure you. Regular follow up is a must.
