What Precautions Should Be Taken For Coronary Heart Disease?
ihave beendiagnosed with coronary heart disease Mild..33% plaque build up, today I was moving some furniture and experienced great chest pain that lasted maybe 60 seconds. I am currently taking an aspirin a day am 42 weigh 130 pounds at 5ft 2 in. I am scheduled for more heart tests but my question is should I be greatly concerned about the episode today?
Hi, The episode of having severe chest pain following hard work and strain is definitely concern with your heart problem. This can be due to angina or some coronary insufficiency. Go for all cardiac tests advised by cardiologist. Mean time take complete rest, avoid exercises or straneous work. Keep some coronary vasodilator medicine like isorbide or sobitrate under your tongue as and when required. Ok and take care.
