General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
The episode of having severe chest pain following hard work and strain is definitely concern with your heart problem.
This can be due to angina or some coronary insufficiency.
Go for all cardiac tests advised by cardiologist.
Mean time take complete rest, avoid exercises or straneous work.
Keep some coronary vasodilator medicine like isorbide or sobitrate under your tongue as and when required.
Ok and take care.
