Hello,

Usually, after the diagnosis of an enlarged prostate, we check for prostate-specific antigen (PSA) to rule out benign or malignancy in the prostate. Medical management available for the initial stage and relieve symptoms. You need to meet a urologist for further care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R.Raveendran
