Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
For the scalp you may use a shampoo having coal tar and ketoconazole.

For the face a combination of clotrimazole and betamethasone works best. But as you do not want a steroid, you may try applying aloevera gel (either fresh or commercially available.).

It will give you some relief but is not as effective as a steroid may be.
