What Medicine To Take For Headache, Shivering, And Vomiting?

Yest day i got severe headache (right side only), body shivering with vomitting sensation - this is not in regular. It s looks like migraine pain. (started 3rd Feb night 9 pm till 5th Feb early morning 4am) Have taked sinerest 5mg tablets - 4th Feb morning & night - each one. Now it has been reduced and my body is very tired. Please help me to advise - how can we avoid such pain infuture. - Shravan

It seems from the history that you are having headache and vomiting. The common causes for headache and vomiting include migraine.
The treatment in the acute time with severe headache is by using analagesic drugs like paracetamol and antiemetics like domperidone.
The prophylactic drugs can be used to reduce the frequency of attacks. The drugs used are beta blockers or flunarizine.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of drugs.
