What Medicine Should I Take For Hypothyroid?

I am hypothyroid and on levothyroxine. But, I cannot take but the lowest dose of levo because it makes my heart beat more irregular. I have a irregular hearbeat and I am taking atenenol. So, I feel so tired and have put on 15 extra lbs. Can you give me some advice on what to do. Thank you!

Levothroxin is the only and best medicine for hypothyroidism. Weight gain is very common in patients having hypothyroidism. On taking levothroxin TSH levels would come to normal , only then there is possibility to lose weight. Atenlol shuold be continued.
