Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
First we need to find the cause of backpain. You havent mentioned your age/sex /medical condtion etc.
Most commonly its due to bad posture, bas shape of the sleeping matress, the shape of chair you sit on most of the time, riding a two wheeler for long distances etc. If changing these (which ever applies here)
And then other causes like lumbar spondylosis, Osteroarthritis, Rheaumatoid and so on, which need to be differencaited.
Meanwhile, giving rest to your back , above mentioned changes, some pain killer medicaion , hot compress will help.
Once you have relief, you can go for some exercises and aasana's meant for releving backache .(ofcourse under some experts supervision)
Orthopedic opinion is adviced, if changing habits doenst help.
