Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
You are Hypertensive, you need medications for this. Consult a Physician and get yorself examined. You need to take the drug for lifelong, else you will have chances of heart disease. Exercise regularly, do cardio and crunches, eat fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Go for a brisk walk for 30 to 40 minutes daily. This will keep you BP under control. Avoid stress and do yoga or meditation. Quit smoking and alcohol. Try reducing your weight and see to it that your waist size does not go beyond 34 inches.
Good Luck and Take Care.
