You are Hypertensive, you need medications for this. Consult a Physician and get yorself examined. You need to take the drug for lifelong, else you will have chances of heart disease
. Exercise regularly, do cardio and crunches, eat fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Go for a brisk walk for 30 to 40 minutes daily. This will keep you BP under control. Avoid stress
and do yoga
. Quit smoking
and alcohol. Try reducing your weight and see to it that your waist size does not go beyond 34 inches.
