What Medication Is Suggested Short Of Breath And Back Pain?

i feel short of breath and a back pain in the left side come s and goes. i have done a few tests so far like a an chest xray, echo to my heart blood test holter for 24 hours and so far all come back normal. but i steel feel the symptoms . i sufer from IBS does that has somethig to do with it? or they are just panic attaccs

Hi thanks for asking question...

Noted you have normal chest x ray and echo .So cardiac and respiratory cause less likely....

First do your CBC .If anemia present then yes it can lead dyspnea in exertion.....so correct it....

Your suspicion is right.
Panic attack can lead breathlessness .
So try to avoid stress..
If need you can consult psychiatrist.

Nasal causes ruled out like polyp or DNS.
