What Medication Is Suggested For Frequent Dizziness?

My son is 16 years old. He has been dizzy for 2 weeks now. His hands also tremble on occasion and I have a couple of times in the past seen a twitch with his head. He hasn t attended school for 2 weeks. His doctor referred him to a neurologist, but I can t get in to see them for another week. He s taking an antibiotic in case anything is bacterial. He also gets allergy shots once a week. He is also using a prescribed nasal spray, zyrtec and mucinex. I don t know if this warrants a visit to the ER to get some definitive answers. We went to ENT about a year ago and nothing came of that. (Background: He was born at week 29 and has quite a history.) I m concerned.
