What Medication Is Suggested For Fluctuating Heart Rate ?

is it the medicine for control of heat rate 0r blood pressuer ? my mother has been advised to take as she has very flactuatuing heart rate - some time it is high at 100-130 other time 50-60. last two day she has 45-55 . to day it is better at 55-65 she ahd been taking 40 mg 3 time a day. now what should be the dose ???

There are medicines, which have effects on both
One problem may need more than one drug / one drug may treat more than one problem…

She seems to have Sick Sinus Syndrome?
She will need investigations like Holter or Electrophysiology… depending on the outcome; she may need a pacemaker?
The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.
