Hi,

Many possibilities with above symptoms like chronic gastritis or peptic ulcer disease or tuberculosis or food intolerance or malignancy etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done a chest X-ray and upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, ECG, complete blood picture, ESR, urine examination and blood sugar.

Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
