Hello there,

First of all let me congratulate you on losing 10 kgs. Try to maintain it at 70kg and gradually reduce your weight. Abruptly losing weight in a short period is not good for your body. Try to follow healthy habits and you'll be fine. If you are a mommy with kids , avoid eating their left overs. Eat only what you want to eat. Better to waste the rest than eat unnecessarilry. Avoid rich creamy curries like paneer makhani, butter chicken, avoid puris , deep fried food. Drink lots of water. Cut down on the oil ,ghee, chocolates.Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Regular exercise program for 30-45 minutes per day for about 5 days per week. Stay healthy :)
