What Makes Me Stressed And Angry?

I keep shouting at my boyfriend everyday. I keep getting angry and stressed. I have moved abroad within the last 10months to work and my work hours are all over the place. I used to be a very happy person and looked at everything positively in life until I lost my mum last year.I keep upsetting my boyfriend and I just cant help getting upset and angry.please help me in the right direction. I want to be myself again.
