General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It might be a bleed or infarct in the brain which will be diagnosed by brain scan. EEG will reveal her brain activity and seizures. The first goal would be to wean her off the ventilator and do tracheostomy sos.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
