What Leads To Mild Fever And Chills Post Liposuction?
Hi my wife had lipo suction 5 days ago and has been on cipro 500mg, yesterday she had chills and today a 100 degree fever and she took her last antibiotic at 1100 today. Does she have an infection? Should I take her to the ER? Her dr told her to take Tylenol and see him in the morning ??

Post surgical fever chances of infection is very likely even after having antibiotic, this is because of the resistance strength of antibiotic here antibiotic need to be changed, Tab Amoxicillin with clavulanic acid twice in day, hope this information helps ( Comment:- Post operative infection is very likely and one must prepare for this)
