What Kind Of Medications Will Show Positive Result For Meth, Oxy And THC In Urine Test?

hello, I took a urine drug test today, and tested positive for meth, oxy, and thc. I do not do these drugs. I take the following medications: robaxin 750mg metformin 1500mg hydrochlorot 25mg lisinopril 10mg diclofenac 50mg hydrocodone 7.25mg atorvastatin 10mg amlodipine 5mg lamotrigine 50mg b-vitamin e-vitamin multivitamin albuterol inhaler as well as naproxen, and ibuprophen. would any of these cause me to show positive for meth, thc, and oxy?

Hydrocodone is an opioid analgesic like oxycodone. Both are semi synthetic opioid drugs.

Hydrocodone could be the drug which is giving a false positive result for oxycodone.
