I had a single bock in my lower right ventricle and I underwent a coronary angeoplasty 6 months back following a chest pain. What kind of physical exercises can I do now.I walk regularly in 50 minutes(4 km) in the morning and 20 (2 km)minutes in the evening. Is there any risk involved in it. Can I do any other exercises in additions to this.Iam 48 years old male of 60 kg weight and 155 cm high

hai,
there is no harm in doing minimal exercise after 6 month post angioplasty unless you didn't have any discomfort in chest .
I can advise you to go brisk walking for 20 to 30 minutes.
you can add aerobic exercises also as days progress.

thank you
hope i answered your query
