My psychiatrist wants me to take adderol. I am bipolar I--Not depressed--Not sleeping excessively--not manic. This past weekI went into rapid cycling and was unable to move my legs when I sat down--prompting the new prescription. I take 750 mg of depakote daily. I drank some champagne the other day--not a lot--but I don t drink. I also missed one day s dose of depakote in same time frame--by mistake--am under a lot of stress. am 63 years old. Had 2 previous psychotic episodes. Last one in 2000. He also gave me Latuda samples. Leary of new medicines. went into catatonic state (or almost) before on anti-psychotics.
