What Is Use Of Ondem Syrup?

hello doctors,
My kid is 3 years old from last 2 days he is suffereing from high fever,103-104F,after giving the feveril, the fever lowers down but again after 5-5.5 hrs, it staring increasing, then my peadiatrician changes the doses like giving combiflam suspension,alonwith the Clamp,but what is the use of onden syrup?,I am completeing the course , but is it required to give ondem? and if yes what is the role of it?
