I have seen a doctor about this and sereval test have been ran. But still no help. Could to much yeast cause this? I occianially have beer.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, there can be multiple causes of soreness of tongue like irregular teeth margins, hot fluids, excessive tea, coffee, dietary deficiencies, fungal infection, stomach disturbances and altered bowel habits. Please get a dental examination done and maintain good orodental hygiene. Avoid excessive tea., coffee, alcohol and hot fluids. Use of probiotics helps and so is the use of high fibre diet and avoidance of smoking. Triamcinolone gel for local application helps and use of clotrimazole mouth paint also helps. Regards
