What Is This Tightning On The Neck Which Comes And Goes ?
im 38 year old man that has a tightning in the neck and shoulder that cmoes and goes on the left side.please tell me how i can end this pain i goes through at least 2 to 3 times a week.

Immediately consult a cardiologist, there r CHANCES of being it as unstable angina. It may be muscular pain, but better to think of other side.
