Good to know that you are aware of the problems and are taking advice.
You probably don't have cancer so quit worrying.
That said, you need to get a small needle biopsy and a mammogram done.
Cheer up and go get these done and you can sleep happily..

dear divya... all lumps are not cancerous do not worry.. get examined.. n take homeoapthic medicine.. with the help of it the lump will get cured n dissolved no nee to remove surgicaly

if its paining surely u r not having cancer, the pain is mostly becouse of congestion , keep ur baby feeding emptying ur breasts will help , even manual milk removal by proper technique , or sucking out milk by another person moslty husband will help. nipples pain because of suckling by the baby , apply ghee of some cream adviced by ur gynecologist. put proper sized bra with proper lift up, because engorged breasts weigh more and pains on hanging. do hot fomentation. take good amount of fluids. happy maternity. drakshayjoshi@hotmail.com

since the lump in breast is painful & also nipples are painful should not necessarily be cancerous.but since it is a cause to be concern get youself examined by a Gynaecologist.she will examine you & if required tell you to get a mammography done to rule out breast cancer .once the report is normal & the ump turns out to be non-cancerous it can be removed & you should be fine .so please get yourself tested & examined.
