I am 50 years old and my height is 5 feet 2 inches and my weight is 72 kg . Four months ago I had my hysterectomy . I had migraines
before but now I experience them more often - after every 10 days . What should I do ? I will be grateful if you can help me .

if your migraine is so severe,not responding to analgesics or lasting too long affecting your professional life,you need preventive therapy along with SOS medications for pain.
Choice of preventive medication (propanolol,topiramate,divalproate,flunarizine)depends on you comorbidities, weight and tolerance.Please let me know if you have some other illness in addition to migraine? what medications you are on? i hope i will be able to guide you better with this information available to me.
