Hi,

You seem to have acne conglobeta..a severe type of acne. It might be infected and that is why it is red and swollen. I would like to advise to take antibiotics like cephalosporin 500 mg twice a day for 1 to 2 weeks with anti inflammatory drugs like nimesulide200mg twice a day. After clearance of secondary infection, you may take minocycline 50 cap once a day for few months. Apply antibiotic cream like nadoxin gel twice a day till you get relief. Wash the face with antiseptic liq like acwash face wash. Avoid stress and tension. Avoid oily food. Take adequate sleep. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
