What Is The Treatment Of Pea Size Knot Behind Right Ear ?

about a week ago i noticed a small pea size knot behind my right ear and for about the past 2 weeks i have had a chronic migraine. I go to sleep with it and still wake up with it. If i push on the knot, it makes my vision blurred. Any idea to what it might be? Thanks,

pushing it makes your vision blurr is quite strange , well in any case , it sounds like lymphnode to me , biopsy is the investigation to confirm what it is .
