This might take at least three weeks for it to get absorbed by the tissues. If it does not, then you might have to consult a general surgeon to rule out any chances of a continuing accumulation of blood, or an organised hematoma, which might require some kind of intervention. The hematoma might reduce with aspiration and a pressure bandage for the present, but one can not rule out recurrent accumulation of blood in it. Therefore, it would be better not to do any invasive procedure on it without any definite medical indication. I would rather suggest you to get it clinically examined by a general surgeon in your area for proper management.
