What Is The Treatment Of Dry Throat, Pain, Constipation And Pain Below Belly Button During Miscarriage?

Im going through a really bad miscarriage now I have this really bad pain below my belly button on the right side that started yesterday. Now the pain traveled up to the top and middle of my stomach I feel things moving around and hear gurggling noises. I havn t had a bm since friday. I been having trouble with constipation for years. Earlier this year I been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and gastritis. I need help I can t take the pain and everything I eat or drink hurts I can feel it going down and im very thirsty every half hour my throat gets really really dry feels like its sticking together. Help please.

I really sorry for your health issue but this will come around soon, for your abdominal pain you can have "Dicyclomine tab. twice a day if the dry mouth becomes more intense then you can take the Ibuprofen 40 mg twice a day instead,, along with that I would advise for some antibiotic and the drug of choice would be the "Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day for 5 days this will make every thin okay just keep your anxiety aside, every thing will be fine soon take care and have good day.
