What Is The Treatment Of Constipation And Diarrhea ?
Hi! Khans been constipated for about four days now. I tried to go to the bathroom nothing came out but a little bit of mucus, is the normal? And a few days ago my stomach was killing me with sharp pains! And I was nauseous then I threw up and after that I had diarrhea.

If you are struggling to go to toilet - it will need high fibre supplement - fresh oranges, paw paw ripe, ripe banana & prune juice ( natural remedies)
If you want some medications - try to get high fibre supplements from chemist - Metamucil, fybogel, movicol - they all usually come in powder form which needs dissolving in water & having a drink of it.
