What Is The Treatment For Yellow Bowel Stools In Child?

my three and a half month old has had yellow bowel movements but today i changed her diaper and she was fine but right whenever i was putting her diaper on she started to act constipated and she pooped out a mucous. And she has had a gagging cough for the past week what is wrong with her?
