What Is The Treatment For White Spots On The Body?

Hello doctor. This is laxmi from hyderabad. I have 2 and half month old baby boy. He got some white spots on the body , face and loosing hair on the head. I have consulted a doctor he suggested me to use hhzole cream mometasone furoate and clotrimazole cream. But i read somewhere it is not recomended for kids below 2 years.
Can i use this cream or could u please suggest me some other alternate. Thank u.

hello,thank you for the consultation,i understand your problem.There are many types of white spots and the causes are different.He has hair loss problem too.so i will advice you to meet a dermatologist for both the problem because it requires local examination to find out the exact cause.he will guide you further.best of luck to your child.
