Hello,

PPP is not harmful. However, for cosmetic purpose you can get it removed by laser therapy or cryotherapy. Ingrown hairs can cause bumps on the front of the glans. These bumps go away after a few weeks. These bumps will go away with time, do not touch, scratch or pick them, as it can lead to infection. The bump can be due to poor hygiene or excessive masturbation.

Wear loose fitting cotton clothes so that you do not hurt it by friction with the clothes you wear. Avoid any type of sexual activity for a couple of days till it disappears. Some men do have glans that looks blue, it is because during sexual arousal the penis can take reddish or almost bluish-purple color. As long as you have sensitivity and there's no other issue, you may not worry.

In case you feel numbness then get clinically examined by a Urologist or a GP. Bluish color may be due to bruise because of friction with the clothes or hurt due to zipper. Sometimes, it may be indicative of developing penile cancer. Get examined and evaluated at the earliest to be on the safer side.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
