Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Vomiting in a child one of the cause to be ruled out is urinary tract infection .
If she does not have Urinary complaints and there is no distension of abdomen and baby is passing stools normally them there is no cause for concern.
I would also suggest addition of Lansoprozole for gastritis which could be causing the symptoms.
Drowsiness is due to promethazine syrup which you are using.

Take care
