Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. By what you quote I feel that the infant is having GER (gastroesophageal reflux). Your daughter will need:

1. Antireflux therapy - Proton pump inhibitors + antibiotics.

2. Always make her lie down in a propped up position - as in the care seat. She should not be sleeping completely flatly.

3. Avoid heavy feeding and feeding more times and in small amounts. She needs expert gastroenterology consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if i can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sumanth
