What Is The Treatment For Tiredness And Heaviness In Chest?
I'm a 42 year old woman and for the past couple of days I've been feeling more tired and my left is aching and feels heavy. I've also been the odd twinge of (I can only describe as) a strange feeling in the middle of my chest. I can't say how often as this isn't regular. I'm normally healthy however I do suffer with stress and there is a history of heart problems in my family.

From history it seems that you might be having pre-menopausal symptoms giving rise this problem.
But as you are of 42 years of age and there is history of cardiac problem in your family, rule out any cardiac problem.
Go for EKG and if require Tread meal test.
