What Is The Treatment For Throbbing Blood Vessels In The Neck?
I have throbbing vessels in my neck, most notably on the right side. I am 21 years old. I just took my bp and it was 124/84 with a pulse of 85 bpm. This is a little high for me. What could the throbbing neck mean. I have also been having trouble breathing.

IN the given situation, You seems to be having-Anxiety with Hyperdynamic circulation with dyspnoea.
Your trouble in breathing is dyspnoea from Tachycardia and anxiety.
Do's suggested-
Consult Family and if need be- Cardiologist doctor
Take Alprax- .25-.5 mg- x 2 times a day
Avoid tea/coffee/ late night
Take 8 hrs sleep.
Avoid street food and excess salt.
Avoid spicy, nonveg diet.
Take bland rice/banana diet x 2-3 weeks.
Get ECG and start anti-BP medicines to control Bp.
Other causes of throbbing neck blood vessels.
