What Is The Treatment For Throat Infection And Bronchial Congestion?

my child has throat infection and bronchial congestion; she chokes sometyms to the point of losing air due to a bloched bronchial system. this has gone on for two weeks now and i have tried to give her solvin, bro-zedex, they aren t working. now she is under predsol and berotec treatment. the doctor says there is nothing wrong with her chest and the throat is getting better gradually but i fear about the congestion in her bronchus. what is the best treatment for this?

Thanks for the query.
For the throat infection you may need antibiotic if threre is fever or any sign of bacterial infection.
Bronchospasm may be relieved by nebulisation with berotec.
Also oral salbutamol may be used.
Nasal decongestant drops will relieve the nasal congestion and avoids the choking.
Do not give supressants.
Keep humidifier in the room.
