Hi doctor ma name is shweta bhatt n I m 18 yrs old I hv pimple mark on ma face n forehead soi visited to dr n dr advice me to use ban a tan cream, nioclean gel, melaglow cream n acne star soap is it gd n can u suggest me any cream for fairness plzzz ma skin got tan n ma skin is oily

Welcome to healthcare magic.
The medicines you are currently using for your pimple and pimple marks seem fine to me.
To become fair, you could use a broad spectrum, gel based sunscreen with SPF 30 and above every 4 hours even in cloudy weather and even while indoors. Most of the "fairness creams" available in the market have sunscreen component along with niacinamide. ( which is in melaglow cream which you are currently using).
You could also opt for glycolic peels done by a qualified dermatologist. This will help to remove the existing tan and will give you a better complexion.
Eat a healthy diet rich in anti oxidants.
Have lots of water.
