What Is The Treatment For The Pain In The Tail Bone?
i have pain i m tail bone nut my x ray shows nothing is wrong ? , sometimes when i sit it stabs and throbs .. a year and some odd months ago i fell and i was pregnant and i didnt want to fall forward so i fell onto my butt hitting 3 stairs. since then its got worse .
This pain is called coccydynia. I have following suggestions for you. 1. avoid sitting on hard surface. Cushion of ring shape can be used. 2. Sit in gentle warm water for half hour twice daily. 3.Take brufen or diclofenenc for pain relief. 4.Avoid constipation. 5. If pain persist you can get a steroid injection,it can give you permanent relief. 6. Surgery is last option.
