What Is The Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck?

I have swelling in both sides of my neck but it is more so on the left side. I feel fine otherwise. my husband and I have been walking 2 - 3 miles a day and I have no problem with that. I am 63 years old. I am hoping that all I need is a new pillow because the one that I have is pretty flat. I saw where they have neck pillows and thought about purchasing one. Thank you for your time.

hello, thanks for your query,painless neck nodes at 60 yrs should be evaluated with fine needle aspiration cytology. it could be due inflammations from ent, tuberculosis or enlargements secondary to cancerous growth some where else. kindly visi an ent surgeon for expert opinion. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
