What Is The Treatment For Swelling On Head?

three year old fell down a flight of stairs and was dx with a concussion. Now at home with no signs of dizziness, pain or behaviour changes. On the left side of her head is a large area which is slightly swollen and upon gental palpitation it feels soft and fluid filled. Is this considered a normal finding?
