What Is The Treatment For Stress And Eating Disorder?

hello my name is Clara im 32 year old im 5 4 and my weitg is 152 pound im a litter stress now and i can stop eating i fell hunger all day wend i eat lite like salad or a lite meal i fell like i having eat i want to lose at leat 10 or 15 pound,what can i do?

Thanks for your query, in my opinion, a lot of people eat a lot when under stress. You are doing right thing by eating salads when feel hungry. You can also take some water if you feel hungry, avoid taking juices, cold drinks etc. try some relaxation exercise, e.g. yoga, deep abdominal breathing etc. make a time table for yourself, better daily routine, having your meals on time will also help to reduce the level of stress you have. indulge in some of your hobbies or recreational activity. If all these measures fail, consult a psychiatrist
