General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and thanks for this query. It all starts with a baseline evaluation of your speech to know what the exact problem is. Is it related to fear or inherent to you? Depending on the exact nature, you would be directed to the right persons for treatment. I will recommend you talk to your primary care doctor about this to kick start the process.

I hope this helps.
