I really appreciate your concern, if it is the eczema then why to go to bathroom does not prove anything, but such condition needs to be managed with steroid and best would be Mometasone cream it is advisable to get done the routine tests, you have not mentioned the age and gender else something more specific advise could have been given, hope this information helps.
